Position Description:

We’re looking for a part-time UI/UX Design Instructor to join our dynamic team and inspire the next wave of digital creators!

In this position, you will:

• Facilitate interactive workshops and lectures to create an engaging learning environment for students.
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with current industry standards and trends.
• Offer valuable feedback and mentorship to students as they navigate design projects and obstacles.
• Assess student work using predefined criteria and provide constructive insights.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design tools and techniques.
• Collaborate closely with fellow instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning journey for students.

We seek an individual who:

• Holds at least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Possesses a deep comprehension of user-centered design principles and methods.
• Exhibits outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Shows a strong passion for educating and guiding others.
• Displays adaptability, creativity, and resourcefulness.
• Is skilled in using industry-standard UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch (an advantage!).
